Normally I am not a gadget person. If they'd just make a darned cell phone that would last, I'd be fine.
You know, one that when left out in the rain for 3 days would continue to function.
So when Son left his out in the rain for 3 days, we had a situation. (he likes to test the waterproof-ability of electronics. So far Ipods and Cellphones? Not so waterproof....)
Amazingly Ex and I both told him the same thing, "I'm not paying for a new one...."
Lots of hours on the phone with VerizonWireless (who, by the way, are totally awesome. I heart Verizonwireless) and I discover I can get a crackberry practically free (I think it was $50) and my work picks up the email tab, my phone bill is otherwise unchanged, I no longer have to carry around the work-issued gigundo crackberry AND my phone, and besides, SHE'S ADORABLE!

So cute! Mine is the same except for it's GRAPHITE colored. I should be a salesman or something. I do love it though... I'm just afraid I've dropped it one too many times - suddenly got a little slow. Get one of those clear rubber covers if you are spastic like me :)

Wow you and the ex agreed on something? You might want to write than down on the calendar to remember the day "it" happened!
BTW I love your new girlfriend. I've been on a pink kick for 3 years now and no sign of waning.

I too HEART Verizon Wireless! I can't seem to get Devildog away from his (*expletive*) Nextel/Sprint thing. One experience was blogworthy enough actually. That contract is up this year, and he is supposed to jump on my plan. His friends are on Verizon, my friends are on Verizon, several of HIS relatives are on Verizon, that's why I went with Verizon. You'd think he would want to stay on his grandfather's good side of the list.
I have a new crackberry too...she's a pearl flip and she's red. I heart her!
oh yeah...i am ALL about the pink!! for not being much of a 'girly girl', i got a whole lotts pink stuff going on over here!!
blackberries are non-existant over here so i really have no clue as to what they can or canNOT do. when Prez. Obama and his was in the news, people were asking me what it was all about and i had to say, "no clue"...and i really hate saying that.
i'm having fun with my own cell/camera from heaven that has made my life oh so very much better...and it's not just pink...it's a garish pink! LOVE IT!!
